Motion to accept by Chuck Barnes, seconded by JB Alexander. Minutes Stand as corrected. Coordinators Report: (Glen Miller) Showed off their new, homemade tool for water sampling.
Airport Corner: Information was delivered to Mark Walker that he needed to make application for Sample Analysis Plan. The application for the Voluntary Clean-up Agreement has been signed and the application fee delivered. We could have a decision as early as June.
Re-Veg: (Marvin Reynolds) They will continue to monitor the test plots. They seem to think they will still be viable if we have good moisture this spring. They will place 12 new test plots this spring as well. Mr. Reynolds was able to put all the pieces together to test a cattle-feeding operation this year as one of the test areas.
Tree planting will take place on June 12. Volunteers will be appreciated.
Solomon Wetlands Liability Issues (Mike Wireman) Several possibilities were presented but the only reasonable alternative is an Administrative Order of Consent, until we have a Good Samaritan Amendment to the Clean Water Act.
Stream Tracing Report (Bryant Kimball) Mr. Kimball gave a very nice Power Point presentation of the data from the stream tracing that was done last fall. His department is short handed and they are still crunching numbers, but he is confident a final report will be completed by June. Respectfully Submitted, Dawn L. Ward
